Terms and conditions for using Plumbing Booster.

License Grant

Plumbing Booster is licensed, not sold. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on 1 PC and 1 mobile device simultaneously. You may deactivate a device and activate a new one if you change hardware.

Subscription Terms

Plumbing Booster is offered as a subscription service:

  • Monthly: $5/month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
  • Yearly: $40/year, billed annually. Cancel anytime.
  • Free Trial: 28 days with full access. No credit card required.

Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period, even if cancelled mid-cycle.

Permitted Use

You may use Plumbing Booster for professional plumbing engineering design, analysis, and documentation. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
  • Use the software for any illegal purpose
  • Remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary markings

Refund Policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Refund requests considered case-by-case within 14 days of purchase.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Plumbing Booster is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in our calculations and code compliance features, the user is responsible for verifying all engineering results and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. Engineering judgment and professional review are required for all designs produced using this software.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plumbing Booster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software, including but not limited to engineering errors, project delays, or regulatory non-compliance.

Intellectual Property

Plumbing Booster, including its code, design, calculations, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Mahmod Sohsah. Plumbing code tables (IPC, UPC, NSPC) are referenced from their respective copyright holders for engineering calculation purposes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Plumbing Booster after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
